A good natured person would do a good thing to others by deciding which act of kindness to do by themselves, but a devout person’s act is decided by God. There is a difference in those two types of people. A good natured person’s act of kindness is based on the rules set by the society around them, but a Christian (devout person)’s act is not only between people, but of relation with God as well, and experiencing not only the social, but of spiritual.

Pharisees who tried to live in a good nature when obeying to God, they did it like it was the law.

But, God wants those who follow his instructions to be not only from thought, but of the mind and heart as well, giving all they have. This is the way a devout person acts.

A devout person is those who have love, and was rescued from self-indulging in the truth. That is why they are able to have much more fruitful life. Are you a righteous person or a devout person?
